Welcome to My Wellness Transition 8-week Programme
My name is Grace Kinirons and I’m from Mullingar, Co Westmeath. When I started my own transition into perimenopause, I thought I knew a lot about it. After all, I had been a Nutritional Therapist for many years graduating with a BSc (Hons) in Health Sciences and Nutritional Therapy from the University of Westminster and Post Grad Cert in Nutritional Medicine.
However, even with all that training, I had to continually deepen my own knowledge and experience to navigate through my own transition.
I experienced many of the symptoms of menopause, but because I was able to make changes to my eating habits, supplements, exercise regime and outlook on life, all these symptoms became totally manageable and some completely eliminated.
I want to empower you to make the necessary changes in your health by inviting you to join my 8-week programme that incorporates:
Nutrition Advice: specific to women as we move through this transition
Exercise: exercise to music that incorporates body conditioning
Health & Wellness: focussing on self-care and recovery
This programme is open to all women, whether you are on HRT or not. There will be a maximum amount in each group so we all feel safe and supported.
